Na cena famosa em que Gene Kelly interpretou a canção-título deste filme, dançando (e ensopando-se todo) na chuva, registraram-se algumas curiosidades:
O ator estava febril durante a gravação.
A água da chuva foi “batizada com leite” para se obter um melhor resultado cênico.
